Elite controller / accessories app issue

i got the elite controller and it did an auto update. When I go into the app, I don't have the options like quick mapping or advanced settings etc.... I immediately go to a screen that only has button layouts. It's almost like a regular controller. I have
no way to configure paddles. My screen doesn't look anything like YouTube videos configuring the controller. I've del and reinstalled the app numerous times with no luck. I can only remap buttons. I have a feeling that I'm seeing what a person with a regular
controller would see in NXE if button mapping.

Anyone else see this or have an idea of what it could be?

I have received my controller too and the app wont even load also I cant find the app looks like its been taken off line mmmm wish they would lets us know so we are not left in the dark >>>>

Probably doing the update to correct the mislabeled paddles. I almost guarantee or hope to guarantee that is what they are doing.
