    All the other buttons register except the paddles on the back. I waited for 1 hour and 37 minutes patiently and they hung up on me while I was on hold. I just want to use my controller

    This is the command I could not find for PC; How to downgrade. Now that I have downgraded the firmware everything is working as before with reWASD. Thanks edi Tempura

    Make sure you have selected at least one profile (one of the three lights is on).you can activate it by pressing the middle button.this should solve the issue.

    Thanks for this paddels works now (with the new firmware don't work wired or wireless). Microsoft own you 180 eur:) i was about to return it so fast...

    True. However, there still seem to be the issue of the paddles registering as X, Y, A, B.
