Discus and support Elite Contoller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I purchased an Elite Controller about a year ago.     So I purchased an Elite Controller about a year ago. It's definitely out of warranty but shouldn't there be some sort of extension just for purchasing this? I would understand if this was just a standard controller. After talking to a representative,
    it was settled that I would have to buy another one. Now why would I buy another one I'm already having issues with one?

    volume on headsets to low on Xbox one

    The elite 800x are wireless so I'm not plugged into contoller at all.

    Elite contoller shortcut

    Hi

    I don't think it's possible to do this on the elite controller please be aware the dashboard update that will be releasing soon makes recording game clips much faster, also if you plug a chat headset into the controller and activate Cortana the voice command
    of "Hey Cortana record that" will also work.
