Elite Contoller community configurations

Ok, going to stand on my soap box for a minute. I got the elite controller when it first came out and i loved it. However I am not happy with the community configuration page etc. There is no support for it. I would like to look up a PUBG or WW2 setting.
But there is not one. Just the same settings that have been there for ever. This needs to change. I dont want to listen to some 9 year old on youtube explaining what I need to do. When this first came out, all xbox talked about was configs etc. Im not seeing
it. Please put someone on this.

The elite 800x are wireless so I'm not plugged into contoller at all.

So I purchased an Elite Controller about a year ago. It's definitely out of warranty but shouldn't there be some sort of extension just for purchasing this? I would understand if this was just a standard controller. After talking to a representative,
it was settled that I would have to buy another one. Now why would I buy another one I'm already having issues with one?

link on how to use the Xbox Accessories app to configure your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller.

1. I own astros and can go on to there configuration page and lets me down load other players configs. Why do we not have that?

Normally, you need to use the Xbox accessories app to configure your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller so that you can decide how you would like to set up and configure your controller. Currently, we don't have the option that you had on your other devices.
However, I would recommend that you suggest it to our Xbox Team through our
Xbox UserVoice page so that they could consider it in the future updates for the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller.
