Elite 2 turns off while playing

Hi there,

my brother has a problem with his Elite 2, he says he turns off while playing, battery is full. It has the latest update. Is this a common issue or has anyone a idea what could cause this problem?

I've heard they can disconnect or turn off when they vibrate.

I would get it replaced under warranty.

one other thing to try. If you have a play and charge cable, try to connect it and play at the same time, just to see if anything changes. If it disconnects and tries to reconnect over and over, it may not be just a battery issue and you can let support
know you tried it. Other possiblity is maybe the battery or battery leads are a bit loose to the point of disconnecting.

Upside is, regardless, the controller should be under warranty
