Elite 2 L3 button broken

Discus and support Elite 2 L3 button broken in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Recently bought an elite 2 controller. L3 button no longer clicks. Is there a way to get that serviced?     Elite 2 L3 button broken


    Recently bought an elite 2 controller. L3 button no longer clicks. Is there a way to get that serviced? Not about to try disassembling it myself. And I'd rather not go to a random tech either. Having trouble finding a place.

    I ordered it from best buy. Can I still register it? Honestly if the warranty doesn't work, I'll pay for service too.

    Yes, you can register your device even if you didn't bought it directly from Microsoft (you should simply put the serial number in your account and the controller will be registered to you).

    How old is the controller? Because here in Italy the warranty for the first year is covered by the seller (best buy in your case) and the second year by the manufacturer (Microsoft), therefore you should contact best buy and verify if they can directly help
    you with a reparation / substitution.

    Hi,if you directly bought the controller from microsof and you are still under warranty you should directly ask for a reparation from the microsoft website, after you have registered the controller in your account you can directly manage it and start the
