Elite 2 Controller won't charge

Discus and support Elite 2 Controller won't charge in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My elite 2 controller has just stopped charging recently, I can use it when plugged into my Xbox or pc but as soon as I take the cord out it turns off....     Elite 2 Controller won't charge


    My elite 2 controller has just stopped charging recently, I can use it when plugged into my Xbox or pc but as soon as I take the cord out it turns off. The charging light doesn't turn on either. Can anyone help me?

    Hi,

    I u understand that the Series X controller will be using a USB C connector to charge the battery (same as the Elite 2 controller), so charging stations that use micro USB won't work.

    It should still be under warranty, the battery may have failed. You should be able to go to the support site and submit for a replacement/

    I have the same problem here.

    My old Play and Charge charges fine in my old controller but won't charge in my Elite.

    As far as the controller charging.. I don't believe any controller does this except the Elite 2 control. I could be wrong on this.
    If you wanted to charge the controller, you would need to use the Play & Charge kit that consists of a rechargeable battery and a usb charging cable.
