    i need to return a controller and the return date is nearly up, but for the past 4 days i have tried... the page just says failed to connect after i input my controller serial number... so... how do i return the controller?

    it says no chat or phone calls are available for controllers, the controller is in warranty as it says after i enter the serial number... but the page fails to load so no way of returning it. is there another procedure to return the controller or a phone
    number i can ring to get this sorted out?

    Xbox Elite 2 controller NOT working with new firmware update

    Returning it seems to be the only legitimate option. Flydigi looks to make a very nice controller that will do everything the Elite 2 will do but has even more buttons and is capable via REWASD.

    So I think I will return this Elite 2 and go with Flydigi since they seem to actually care about PC gamers as customers.

    If so you have till January 31 to return or exchange it if you purchased it from the Microsoft online store.

    They need to go outside of the box since it's for customs. You can get the envelopes for that from UPS.

    Well,

    Let me tell you a story (sound like marcus on borderlands 2 hahah)

    On 31 of May i send it from portugal a elite 2 to repair (warranty), on 10 of june the elite was delivery by UPS but never received by Microsoft, so last week, everyday i contact Microsoft to ask about the controller and today i got the email saying the controller
    was arrived on Microsoft center (Germany).

    So, hold you hand with them. I don't know there, but here they have 30 business day to repair and send to my house.
