    Elite 2 Controller problems


    I recently got a Elite 2 controller off of amazon and right outta the box I knew it was broken. The sticks didn't register when pressed and felt mushy when pressed. I immediately got in contact with Xbox support and they created an exchange order for me
    to send the broken one back and get a new one. I sent back everything that came in the box, thinking that I would get a whole new controller with the accessories that came with it. Two days ago I got a package from Microsoft and it was just a new controller,
    nothing else. Now I have a dead Elite 2 controller with no way to charge it and change the parts to my liking. I got a email today saying my support case is closed. I responded to a email I received about instructions for packing and shipping the controller
    and I asked for help with my new problem yesterday. Is there another way I can get in contact with support besides the ways on the contact us page. Any help is appreciated!!

    Elite controller stick drift

    The problem is not just the on elite 2 controllers its a issue with all controllers that use the PDP program because i have 3 afterglow controllers that have problems with joy stick drift i also have 2 power A controllers that have problems with joy stick
    drift as well and my brother has an elite 2 series controller that also has the same problem

    Hi sorry to hear, that you have Problems with 3 Elite 2 Controller. I am happy with my Elite 1 Controller, it run perfectly. Can you get an 4. Replacement?

    How is this ok?

    Just to clarify the Microsoft launch the new Xbox Elite controller series 2 this year.

    The original elite dont have bluetooth i belive the problem was a misunderstood what controller you have and why dont have the bluetooth.
