Elite 2 controller pads not working

Microsoft should make it as optional purchase for Elite 2 (or bundle inside already).

They already have similar D-Pad in the Xbox Wireless Controller

I bought the more expensive/premium Elite 2, but instead I got worse D-Pads, so I'm disappointed.

How do I get a new Elite controller 2 because I'm having most of the issues like everyone else 🤔? My right stick drifts or the fighter pad doesn't work correctly?

i have the elite controller series 1 and elite controller series 2 and the only thing interchangeable is the D-Pad IE:- if you want the silver one form the elite controller series 1 onto the series 2 ... the under trigers and thumbsticks are of a different
designs so will not fit .... i have just got both elite controllers out to make sure i am right in what i am saying

I am very sorry for your problem. It's frustrating when an expensive controller stops working properly.

According to the information you have provided me, the D-pad on your Elite Series 2 controller is not clicking and completely unresponsive. You've checked under the faceplate and under the inside of the D-pad and haven't seen anything that looks wrong.

The problem is probably a fault in the mechanism and contacts of the D-pad of the Elite Series 2 control.

So unfortunately you will have to send them for repair.

The Xbox Series X controllers will work on Xbox One consoles, and the Xbox One controllers (including the Elite/Elite V2) will work on Xbox Series X too.
