    Hi,

    We got my son an Xbox elite controller 2 and within less than a week, he said he was having mic issues. He can hear himself speak but apparently no one can hear him. Any suggestions on what he can do? Thanks!

    Hi!

    Is the microphone working properly? Is the microphone activated from the audio settings?

    However, check your
    privacy settings     to see if the option to talk to friends is enabled.

    Firatly thank you for reaching out and just to be safe just make sure the mic adapter port is clear I had the same issue and it was a dust build up
