    Elite 2 controller HELP!


    Greetings, my xbox controller doesn't work. It's basically like the class action suit was talking about my controller. It was activated 12/29/19, says its still under warranty (which should be one year now) however everywhere on xbox/microsoft it says
    it ISN'T under warranty when I try to replace it. XBOX customer service sucks and either tells me phone/chat isn't available for my issue or sends me here. Does anyone have any insight? I'm seriously considering going to playstation. I could have purchased
    multiple consoles for how much I've spent replacing xbox controllers at this point. Spending $190 for my son to use an elite 2 controller for 6 months before it crapped out just broke the camels back. Thanks in advance. I can't believe you guys don't get
    paid and do a way better job than xbox's paid employees for answering questions.

    They recently extended the warranty for elite 2 to one year. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/elite-controller-series-2-warranty . maybe this will help

    i have the elite controller series 1 and elite controller series 2 and the only thing interchangeable is the D-Pad IE:- if you want the silver one form the elite controller series 1 onto the series 2 ... the under trigers and thumbsticks are of a different
    designs so will not fit .... i have just got both elite controllers out to make sure i am right in what i am saying
