Elite 2 controller fault

Recently had a problem with left thumb stick drift. Sent back to service under warranty and I have received this back, although the box I sent it in looked unopened and the fault persisits.

I have tried to web chat and to phone microsoft but am yet to speak to a human being.

I did everything as asked, print label send to mocrosoft along with papers for export. If I look on microsoft website service report it seems they haven't received my controller. The packaging it came back in had been opened and it had definitely been on airmail.

Is there a way to speak to a human about this issue???

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.

I've got to be lucky as I have had the elite 2 since xmas and no problems yet .

I do think with all the issues the elite is having Microsoft should extend the warranty. As long as it's a fault with controller. 🤔👍

All my controllers from Xbox One to X and Elite 1 & 2 still work and have no faults mechanically. Elite Series 1 my grips came off after two years of abuse. Other than that no problems.

ive heard a lot of faults with the controller which is why i stuck with my v1 elite controller and havent bought the v2
