    The sound on my Xbox One S using regular controllers was fine. No issues. I added the Elite 2 as a device and played a game and found the sound level dragged so far down that maxxing out the Audio made it barely audible. The headphones, cabling to the
    controller have not changed, only delta has been the addition of the Elite 2 controller. Any ideas on how i can re configure the set up as the new controller feels amazing. Thanks.

    On the Accessories app when I select Audio the levels have been altered. As i said to get decent audio from my headphones i need to have the controller audio and in game controller audio set to 100%. This suggests either an issue with the headphones [where
    there was none before with regular xbox one controllers] or something with how the elite 2 handles audio. Can it be anything else?

    Hi there Dan Hurt,

    Thanks for the update. Take a look at the following troubleshooting article
    Configuring the Elite controller     for more information.

    • The slots correspond with the Profile Switch in the middle of your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller. You can have two different profiles saved to your controller at one time. For example, if Slot 1 is your shooter profile and Slot 2 is your racing profile,
      just flip the switch and you're ready to go. You won't need to adjust any other settings. You can also do this while you play a game.
    • Your configuration of the slots travels with your controllers. If you take your controller to a friend's house, the configuration will be saved on the controller and usable there.
    • If you customize Slot 1 or Slot 2 on your controller on a different console, the new configuration will be saved to the controller and overwrite your old configuration.

    I recommend reviewing the configuration for the elite controller.

    No predefined Profiles for Elite 2?

    Ok, thank you. Elite 2 is my first Elite Controller. In some Elite 1 YT Videos i saw some predefined Profiles in the configuration tool...that's why i wondered why I didn't see these profiles in the Elite 2 config app.
