    Elite 2 controller broken no response from Microsoft


    I purchased an elite 2 controller in July, either the left or right stick is drifting upward. I filled out the request a new controller information and received and email that said I would get another email within 24 hours asking for additional information.
    That was 9 days ago, I have tried 2 additional times and still have no response. What are people supposed to do that are paying almost $200 for a controller that is broken with no service? Why is there no service? Even if there are delays because of covid,
    why are there not clear emails that tell the customer what is going on? I think this service is beyond poor, this isn't how a reputable company operates.

    Hello everybody.

    1 month ago I send in my Elite Series 2 because it was broken.

    I didnt got any response or anything around that my controller is in.

    After one month still no response

    Can someone tell me how to get my controller back and repaired šŸ˜¬

    Thank you for your response. ES2 controller stands for Elite Series 2 controller, which is a Microsoft product. XCS stands for Xbox Customer Support.

    ok i sent back this 2 broken Elites.

    1-2 week done, get 2 new fresh Elites... tested... both new Elite's (my 3rd and 4th) left sticks drift to right...

    my last 5 Elites broken, 3 fresh from Xbox Support. Thats a big joke.

    Xbox Elite 2 controller NOT working with new firmware update

    To be very, very clear, the problem is that the newest firmware updates to Xbox elite 2 controller has broken the functionality of the paddles. As of the latest firmware, the paddles are completely disabled when in default profile. The paddles used to work in default mode, and now they don't. Steam can corroborate this: last year Steam added functionality to customize the outputs of the elite controllers paddles, which means that the paddles used to output a unique signal instead on only emulating other controller buttons.

    A quick internet search reveals numerous accounts from users who had used steam to customize the paddle outputs, proving that the paddles used to work. You can also see a growing number of recent complaints from Elite controller users who are realizing that their paddle inputs are now broken. This is not an isolated occurrence, the elite controller was broken by the latest firmware updates, and people are realizing it.

    The changes made to the Xbox elite 2 Controller paddles in the latest firmware updates NEED TO BE REVERTED.

    I have both an elite 1 and elite 2. I am one of the few people who has not had a problem with the elite 2 controller. They will back you for 90 days. If you buy through a retailer you can return it to them because from what I am reading is that some
    of them are broken from the moment they take it home.
