Elite 2 Controller Broken AGAIN

Hi everyone,

I have had an Elite 2 controller for a little while now, it broke once during the warranty period and I had it fixed. It then broke again 2 weeks out of warranty which I paid £80 to have it "fixed" and it has now just broken for the 3rd time just 2 weeks after getting it back from being fixed the 3rd time.

Does anyone know how I can request a refund because this is just stupid now having spent over £250 on a controller that just doesn't work.

I'm afraid repair fees are non-refundable but I believe you can still repair the controller free of charge. Have you checked the warranty status of this controller on the device page?

Hi there, I checked the warranty status and it says it's out of warranty.. I only had it fixed a month ago so I am not paying again to have it "fixed". Is there not a way that I can have this fixed free of charge considering the one I received is even more faulty than the one I sent back?

I have. I went through the online instructions when it says that my controller would be inspected and then replaced with a similar refurbished product, to paraphrase what it said. But what it is saying is that I might not get my controller back if I send it in. I would want mine fixed, and get my controller back (although I wouldn't mind a new one). Not one that was used by someone else.

Sorry your replacement Elite controller didn't long. Unfortunately this is a support forum answered mainly by the community. As such no one here would be able to assist with customer service issues. I would suggest contacting customer service with
