    Im sorry but how do you stand behind your product with a 90 day warranty. Absolute joke, one button stops working in 6 months on a controller that cost over 200 dollars and the best xbox support says is spend another 100 bucks will fix it. Are you kidding
    !! Makes me sick. Play station offers a one year warranty and the best xbox and microsoft can offer is 90 days wow thats brutal.

    I take care of my Elite 2 but it needs to be RMA'd due to a common Right Bumper issue these controllers seem to have.

    Well, They said nothing can be done because the 90-day warranty is up. $200 controller that only comes with 90-day manufacture warranty what an absolute joke considering hardware defects seem to be common in the Elites. I'll be skipping the Xbox Series
    X and any other future Microsoft products.

    The only other solution would be to do is send it in under the warranty.

    Keep in mind ALL accessories including the elite controllers have 90 day warranties on them.
