Eligible for Xbox live gold?

good day!

I woke up today to play on my Xbox 360, because why not.

I saw that I got an message from "Xbox live" where it stated that I was eligible for an free month of Xbox live.

But I accidentally deleted the message. It said it would expire in 2 days. So I went into an live chat (with an awesome counter part or whatever it’s called haha) and she helped me with what I had to do to check if I was eligible. When we didn’t find anything
special she thought I would contact you via here and you would help me.

If you're on a 14-day prepaid code trial, you're not eligible. You must have a current Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, or an Xbox Live Gold trial that requires a credit card.
