Eligible for code, Amazon hasn't provided.

I ordered from Amazon over 2 months ago, didn't receive my installation to pre-install till the 8th when it was supposed to be the 1st but regardless over 9 business days have past with no code from amazon for definitive edition, support staff Lily U. said
"One thing I can assure you that your account is eligible for the code promotion" and refereed me to this forum site, Hopefully it isn't too much trouble to send the code to my account

If you are referring to Halo Wars Definitive Edition, you'll need to wait 7-10 days starting December 20th if you redeemed a code sent from Amazon. For more information, check out
