I would not use the Xbox 360 power brick for the one, and I'm not sure it would even work if you tried. As the Xbox works in other locations and doesn't work where you have it plugged in then it's something with your outlet or building, and not a functionality
issue with the Xbox One. If you have a building maintenance, I would suggest working with them to resolve the issue.

 

I have many electric stuff and non of them have this issue. I think there must be some electric engineer in xbox one support team that can help me and suggest some idea, my neighbors doesn't have this issue (non off them have xbox one) and because that they
don't pay anything to solve this issue,

I'm sure xbox one support team can find a better way to solve this issue than changing my house

You stated that it worked in other location? If that's the case then it's not something wrong with the Xbox. I know you don't to hear that, but if it only doesn't work in one spot it's that spot.

 

I got what you are saying, and I'm not looking for change my xbox, I'm just searching for a solution and I'm sure xbox one great support team can help me and suggest some ideas ( like using stabilizer)

Ok I don't know a fix but I can explain what it is, anything that has electric running through it will give off a radio signal, large motors (ie a lift motor) will give off a large signal as it runs so in your case the frequency the motor is emitting is
the same as the Xbox. Now as I said I'm not sure how you can fix this in your case but maybe there is a way to change the RF of the Xbox (as I don't think you'll get them to change the motor on the lift)

...side note, I work with radio frequencys in my day job (fitting remote control doors systems, we have a simaler issue where chest freezers will open and close the garage doors)

In one of your first post you wrote "i also use stabilizer but it doesn't help me" by this do you mean you use a protected power extension cable?

They have been know to cause odd issues as the power supply that comes with your xbox one has one built in, have you tried plugging in your xbox directly into the wall socket?
