elevator make my Xbox turn on or off

hi everyone

when elevator moves my Xbox turn on or off(when its on elevator makes it off an when its off elevator makes it on)

OK my guess is its for waves that's come from the elevator just like Xbox one controller, is there any solution to turn of that option for that like we cant turn on xbox one with controller ,because if there is this option, i think my Xbox doesn't turn its
self on or off with elevator waves any more

when our elevator comes up(or down) my xbox turn on automatically! now how i can solve this problem?is stabilizer help me to solve this fu**** problem? pls someone answer me!

 

Controller dies when screen shakes?

I'm having a very strange issue.

It started a few days back. In certain games, my controller would shut off at (what I thought were) random times.

I'd have to turn it back on to continue. I've come to realize it's whenever the screen continually shakes (like when an explosion goes off, or my character is riding an elevator in certain games).

Vibration is off, and I am certain it's not just that controller. I've tried with 3 separate controllers.

It makes no sense why this would happen.

Anyone know what's up?

oh sorry i got that isn't because elevators wave, however i need help to solve this problem

 

There a elevator in your place? And this must be funny crap of bug. Beause I never heard this before. And have no idea to resolved it from happen.

 

we live in apartment. i also use stabilizer but it doesn't help me

 

In my mind. This should not happen at all. But it is. I am stump what to do. If the boys and gal at XBOX tech support have answer to this. They will swip right in this tread. And help you.

Sorry you're having power issues with your console. Are you sure the elevator is making the console turn off? Does the console have some serious shaking when the elevator moves?

First check the connections for the power on the console. Make sure it's seated well in the console, and in the wall. Perhaps try a different wall outlet as maybe the vibration is cutting power not at the Xbox, but rather the power source. If you've 100%
determined that the root cause is vibration from the elevator, perhaps try to put the console on something like a blanket or towel (be extra careful to not cover vents). Maybe that will absorb some of the shock from the elevator movement.

 

sorry but that doesn't help! i am sure that isn't power issue (power engineer comes to our house and check it!) i change my Xbox once, but do you think i must change my Xbox again?

Hey there master MaMaD.

Sorry to hear about the issues with your console powering off. If a different wall outlet didn't help with this, it may be worth testing your console at a different location to see if the power issues occurs there. I've never heard of something like this
and it seems unlikely that the elevator is causing this issue.

If there are other wireless devices in your home it may be worth rearranging your setup as well. Let us know if there's a change with a different location.

This sounds like a power issue going on through your home that is being affected by the elevator. In that case it sounds like you'll need to move your console away from the Elevator as much as you can to see if that helps avoid the issue. Really sorry to
