    Elements: Epic Heroes, broken achievements and taking money without giving what was purchased.


    The description pretty much says it all. This game has multiple broken achievements (at least 3).

    And much worse is I paid for something to revive my character twice now. You do not recieve the item...the first time I may have gotten it a day or two later, but since I used many consumable items I paid to revive immediately, not to get the items two days
    later (if at all). It just happened again, so I will try to pay more attention to when I get them if at all, but regardless this is completely unacceptable.

    It sucks because it is actually a pretty fun game, but in its current state with the above issues and many more less serious glitches I do not think it should be allowed in the store...

    Epic Games, The Coalition (or whatever their names) doesn't do anything about it?

    What about giving me another game with gold since I cannot play this one?

    What about giving my money back since I cannot play GoW2???

    I have a confirmation e-mail for the charge from 15 hours ago...still no item.

    And to clarify; the first time this happened I did eventually get something, but I am not sure if it was just a daily log in bonus or whatnot. That is why I am not sure if I ever received what I paid for or not.

    I tried to report through the phone I play on, but I could not find an option to actually say what the problem was, just a list of things to pick from. If anyone knows how I go about actually reporting the issue, or can pass this information along for me
    that would be great.

    We have the same problem, I might look into complaining on the apple side, they are happy to take the money for a broken game without appropriate warning before purchase. We bought the controller and game assuming you could play between apple devices.

    Sometimes it does take time for achievements to unlock.

    But for some reason, some achievements are broken without a fix.

    I have 2 game this is happening on.

    I currently haven't found a fix.

    hi, I completed the Hero of Hew's Bane and Broken Wheel achievements by finishing the Prison Break quest for the Thieves Guild DLC, they are marked as complete in my in-game achievements but not on my Xbox achievements. As such, I am missing the 130 total
    gamerscore, two rare achievements and game % progression which I completed on January 2nd 2017.
