Hello, you have to stop automatic renewal of your subscription. Settings - my account - manage my subscription or account and you will be on the page where you will have automatic renewal and you mark cancelled.

Hey there Elektrik - I definitely understand your frustration. I'd really like to try and help, if we can. Just so I'm clear on what you've tried so far, I'd like to ask a few questions. For the display issue, have you tried using another display cable?
Or another input on your TV? Or another TV altogether? For the controller issue, have you tried resyncing the controller to your console? Or tried another controller with your console? Lastly, have you tried your controller on another console?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the Xbox forums for this issue. In general, when installing a game from disc onto a Windows 10 PC, it will always seek out the C: drive as the place to install its program as it is the default/main drive of the OS.

Should you have reformatted the drive, any previous installation of the game would have been removed; hence, when you place the disc into the PC it will attempt to redownload/reinstall the game file off of the disc. The same would be true if you owned the
digital license as reformatting a drive would remove and uninstall the contents of the drive as well.
