Electric Click From near Hard Drive When Powering off

Alright, so as the title says, "There is an Electric Click coming from near the Hard Drive when i Power it off."

My Xbox One when updating, every... single... update.... skips from 10%... to 15%.... to 73% It then attempts to restart, the power light begins to flash and it just turns off, at the very minute the Xbox decides it's not worth it, there is a very light
click from INSIDE the Xbox. Not From the Power Brick.

When i speak with the... lovely folks over at the support lines, i get..

"Perform a Factory Reset on your Xbox, that should work."

"Try this link to the Offline Updates, that should work."

"Hold Your Power light for 10 seconds, unplug each segment starting at the xbox to the wall. Then plug them back in after a short period."

Alright, sure the Offline updates worked up until the update in January? I have seperate flash drives for each offline update it got so extensive. The Power Brick is new, i've replaced it once already. My xbox hasn't experienced any power surges.

Yet, everytime the Xbox one gets turned off, i have to fight it to come back on. It will shut off with the click noise, then you have to power it up MINUTES later and it will still 'click' off. Sometimes when you are lucky it will come back, on the very
    first try.

I kept my Xbox One offline, because i got sick of losing all of my progress on games. I don't have the money for an external hard drive. I took it online, and BOOM, "IT'S TIME TO UPDATE.." with no option of "Skip Update and Go Offline." Wow, what a shocker.

My Xbox one is very lightly played, it doesn't overheat. It's well taken care of, cleaned very routinely. It doesn't access the internet at all. Please anybody, shed some light on my deck please. Thanks for taking the time to read, G'Night!

    :)

Xbox Semi-Bricked after turning off during update

So you tried just holding the sync button in on just the console and powering it up and nothing changed ? If you have the slim console make sure you hear the sync button click when you press it.Does the console have a hard drive?

    -

Try removing the hard drive, does the console get any further than with the hard drive fitted?

    Installing Game Error

If you are talking about installing from a disc, I'm not sure. Some games do require an official xbox hard drive to function properly.

If you have the older white console, the hard drive will click in on the left hand side of the console when it's laying down.

If you have the new slim, there is a door near the rear on the right side of the console when it is laying down. Open the door using the release button and push the hard drive in.

    Overheating of xbox360 slim.

It is a special power board adapter that disables the electricity current and it clicks off the power to the devices connected and prevents electricity overload to your devices, which can be damaging to electronic devices.

Xbox one orginal making crackling noises

When you say crackling, this concerns me. If this in any way sounds like electric buzzing, and is coming from anywhere near where the power is connected, I would unplug and remove.from use until you can ascertain the problem. I wouldn't risk an electrical
    fire, but this is quite.concerning

Xbox One pretends to shut down, and the drive spins at night

is your console set to instant on?
I turned it off from the gamepad, it seemed to go out, but the cooler rotates in the power supply unit, the hard drive clicks in the console, and sometimes the BD drive rotates.

    Xbox queries

Where have you placed the console..? Is it near any electrical equipment, that could interfere with the console or is it in a confined space.??

The Clicking, could be the Optical Drive laser moving or aligning etc.. Have you got fingerprints on the disc..??
