    Elderscrolls online wont start after xbox update


    Xbox one console had large update last week. Elderscrolls would not start after update.

    Im Playing from disc.

    Game is installed

    Initiate of game says "getting your game ready. This will take a few moments."

    Screen is replaced by 0x80080204 message

    "To install this, your xbox needs an update."

    "Go to settings> system> console info, then choose install. (0x80080204).

    No install or update option in console info. Under settings> update. No update available, your device is up to date.

    Restart does nothing.

    Power cycle gets the same

    Unistall and reinstall of game gets same.

    Troubleshooter indicates no sevice status issue.

    Please advise

    Arranged for return under warranty, just to recap, it wont update online, it will update offline, then after no other issues playing games etc, will restart if set to always on, it wont restart after a full shut down, the xbox one x intro movie doesn't
    play, goes straight to trouble shoot screen.
