Elder scrolls subscription not working

I have had an eso subscription for the last 6-8 months maybe longer with no problems. Until today I realised my subscription had become inactive. I went to the store and just assumed it must not have auto-renewed for some reason and re-purchased the subscription
and have been charged for it, it activated immediately. Until I just got home from work and went logged back in to find the subscription is no longer active again. I have checked in my subscriptions section of my Xbox and it is listed as being active until
1/08/2017. So why is it not active in game? I have also cleared blu-ray cache as suggested and power cycled my Xbox.

are we gonna even get a single player elder scrolls on the xbox one?

i love elder scrolls. i know they are releasing an MMO elder scrolls with a $15 a month subscription fee. i have no interest in a $15 a month MMO. i love the single player elder scrolls. as huge as skyrim is, i was looking forward to one huge super massive
world in an xbox one elder scrolls game. but the one they are making is an MMO. i hope they do make a single player elder scroll games for xbox one.

Just go to your xbox setting and account, manage your subscriptions and cancel the elder scrolls subscriptions,
