elder scrolls online wont launch

Discus and support elder scrolls online wont launch in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; my game wont launch it gets to character screen and just sits there i checkenetwork and see the issue but not for my game or is it all but my son is on...     Have you tried hard resetting your console?

    If that doesn't work. Delete the game, hard reset and re-install.
