Elder scrolls online through game pass and addons

I play elder scrolls online through game pass. Will the gold road add on that’s on offer at the moment work with that or would I need to buy the base game for it to work?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

No worries, if you're on an Xbox console once you purchased the add-on you can simply install it and then you will be able to access and play the DLC.

Please note that there will be no problem playing the DLC while you have the game via Game Pass, just a reminder that to keep playing the game and the DLC, you need to either keep your subscription (as long as the game is on the catalog) or buy the game.

in the games and apps tab, select Elder Scrolls and press the Menu button. select Manage Game and Addons and uninstall the game then reinstall it.
