Elder Scrolls Online Tamriel Unlimited Free Weekend

According to the publicity of my xbox, there IS free time to play elder scrolls online, but there is no "free" button to download.

According to the publicity of elder scrolls the game was supposed to be free since yesterday, until monday 8am GMT, but still I can't download it free, even my smart glass app, says free game time as you can see in the link below

Pleas tell me how can I get the free weekend, because time is running and the game is 60gb long, it will take me 1 or 2 days to download!!

and I haven't received my gears of war codes yet!! I got it since december 1st, eleven days have passed snob snob... I'm a sad customer

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and my friend purchased the
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Imperial Edition - Preorder.

All game features work in his account but it does not with other profiles.

I tried to use the Explorer pack but my account is not allowed.

Please help me.
