Elder Scrolls Online subscription - payed for, but not working

Hi,

I've had ESO Plus subscription since the day the game came out and been playing ever since, I've never had any issues with my subscription but now its not active any more. I've checked my subscriptions and I've payed for it (have receipt as well as bank
details/confirmation for the payment). What do I do!? Please help...

The crazy thing is that ESO says that microsoft have to do a refund and then you can make a new subscription, however when I contact MS the costumer service person doesn't even know english and this is suppose to be the english speaking support. She even
misunderstood the whole question and thought that I wanted to cancel på Xbox Live, I had to end the call just for the reason that I was afraid that she would misunderstand and cancel the Xbox live. On top of this, she said that the Swedish support is on leave(!?)

There is no support via email, the support via chat says that I have to login (eventhough I'm obviously logged in) so this is my last alternative, to get some support for this issue here.

ESO plus not working.

My ESO plus subscribe from Elder scrolls online is not working even tho i payed for it.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Headed To Xbox One

Looks as if the Xbox One will be getting Elder Scrolls Online, and it won't even have a subscription fee! With the game being free to play there will be the opportunity to pay a subscription fee for access to all DLC and get some in game currency as well. Will you be trying this out when it releases?

Other game subscriptions aren't part of Ms home console settings never are as you pay them seperately

I think he was asking if he can pay the Elder Scrolls Online subscription fee with Xbox Account credit. I think you actually need and ESO account with a seperate payment method

This is disgraceful!!! We are already paying for gold, if rather not bother with elder scrolls online and it's silly subscription fee, just trying to squeeze every last penny out off customers, they gonna loose thousands of customers over this
