Elder scrolls online not registering active subscription

I been having this subscription not active even if I paid. I though canceling it myself then renew would would work. I was wrong. I paid 2 months still not active. During this last pass month I been emailing eso abound this problem not being active. I
get wait 96 hour and email back. Did that 2 times no help. I call Xbox. They tried all they could from removing game and reload and so on. Finally we found out. Have Xbox cancel membership then renew it. It works. I active for now. I paid 3 months for one
month Xbox it refunding at less 1 membership now but I am missing crowns lol eso email me 3 weeks into this problem telling they do not yet know what is yet going on with billing yet. I am not buying a thing yet until they fix it.

That's why we have an Xbox Gold Membership Xbox Live and on Xbox. It gives us benefits mainly multiplayer, create and join Xbox Live Parties on Xbox 360, etc. In a way they're saying no the fact you need to pay nearly $100 in some countries like NZ/Australia
possibly for the game, have an Xbox Gold membership for Xbox multiplayer, and on top of that, the game developer wants MORE money, just to play their game on a gaming platform managed by Microsoft. If you ever went along with that thing, and if those game
devs who did such a thing to us and charged more money just to play online on an Xbox console, and if they used their own servers cuz game devs are entitled to that, and if their servers went down, I'd probably protest, demand my money back, or through the
game literally through the window.
