Elder Scrolls online not giving the in game currency for the subscription.

ESO Plus subscription includes 1500 in game crowns and has not given them out in2-3 months while doc launches subs woulda wanted that. False advertising and a sketchy support email that won't let you finish. Post if you have received no crowns while
paying subscription fee of 15 U.S. or equivalent for it.

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Headed To Xbox One

Looks as if the Xbox One will be getting Elder Scrolls Online, and it won't even have a subscription fee! With the game being free to play there will be the opportunity to pay a subscription fee for access to all DLC and get some in game currency as well. Will you be trying this out when it releases?

Elder scrolls online is having many issues and needs to be looked at thoroughly to fix the problems with the subscriptions and receiving the in game currency from the subscriptions.

Hey there, PROBIE! Any issues with receiving in game materials needs to be directed to the developers/publishers of the particular game. In this case, you need to
reach out to Bethesda. Once the purchase goes through on our end, anything that is given within the game is part of what the developers handle. Keep us updated on the situation!

 

Ill try too get support at Bethesda to help but the first time they basically said I needed to show proof of purchase from Xbox live and send it too them. Now I have to get a screenshot of my purchase history from Xbox live that includes my gamer profile.
How exactly do I screen shot all my purchase info and send it to them?

If you visit over on
commerce.microsoft.com you can see your full purchase history which will show that the purchase has gone through for you

 

your triple charges are from preview program but I need 2 refunded asap plus I think you owe me 7.50 for a dbl charge on dlc maps for Payday

 

im gonna overdraft if those all hit while I just bought Fallout 4 and dbl charged from ESO. Im responsible forva 16 nephew and if this bounces my bills im done...done. stop payment if its not canceled n refunded.

I finally got all my account issues fixed. The problem was that after transferring profile to X1 I changed email and had security issues. After hard work and good advice the support team had me setup and my security is good. Ty for all your help.
