Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind Upgrade on Game Pass not working

The first step would be to remove and re-add your account:

Settings> Account> Remove accounts. Please select your profile to be removed and then perform a power cycle to your console.

The second step would be to reset you console, please make sure that you remember your password because you will prompted to add your account to your console again.

Settings> System> Console info> Reset console> Reset and keep my games and apps.

I followed every step and it still doesn’t work
