Elder Scrolls Online keeps Freezing and Crashing! HELP

Im having problems play ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). I launch the game and it loads up normally until i get to the main screen where it tells me to "Press A to Start" once i have press the A button it loads, freezes, then black screen and then the game
crashes sending me to the Xbox Home Screen, i have looked up ways to fixing this problem e.g. Restarting the game, Power Cycling The Console and Uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have also spoken with Xbox Support about this issue and they have advised
me to do other alternative options but it all comes back to the same problem. I went out recently to replace the game disc and still having the same problem. I have gone through Manage Game and attempted to delete my game save but there doesn't seem to be
a saved data.

Please Help!!!

Hello Vurayy,

I don't think there will be saved data because the game is completely online, thus your progress is saved to their servers and not locally on your console.

As for the issue, have you tried deleting the game completely and reinstalling it from disc?

Did you tried to
Power Cycle your console or uninstall and install again the game?

Try to check before your network connection to see if all is working good.

(Error 308 in Xbox) - Error 308 usually occurs due to inactivity. If you are away from the game for a certain amount of time, the server will disconnect you automatically. This may also happen during particularly long loading times
when the server is busy or if you haven't touched your controller in a while.

If you get this error, you should exit the game, check your network connection, and try again.
