Elder Scrolls Online is garbage.

So, I bought Elder Scrolls, then had to buy an Xbox Live membership. But, after doing that, I kept getting looped to the purchase screen for another Xbox live membership. I probably have to sign in again, somewhere, but I am already signed in on my first
membership. Cannot access the game or any Xbox Live options. I was charged nonetheless.

I'm stuck with a garbage Xbox Gold membership (active for 2 more weeks) that is supposed to allow access to a $50 game that won't start unless I purchase additional Xbox Gold memberships.

I was charged for the membership and it has been active for 2 weeks. I have 2 weeks remaining. I turned off the auto renew today, as the membership is useless.

 

Go to your settings, then under account click on remove accounts. Remove your account. (Make sure you know your email and password before doing this) After you have removed your account do a power cycle on your console.

To do a power cycle: You will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up restart the console.

After the two minutes, restart your console and add back your account.

You should try reinstalling the game. Or if you redeemed your code while in the app that may be the reason. Same thing happened to my brother the other with Nba 2k18 He had to sign out and sign back in. and then reinstalled the game it worked fine after
that. I hope this helps.
