Elder Scrolls Online Help

I have not been able to play since the last update. When I try to login from the main screen I get "Error 308" a time out error. I'm not sure what to do next. I've tried multiple trouble shooting options with no success. I can't get any customer service
help so this is my next step. HELP PLEASE!!!

Did you tried to
Power Cycle your console or uninstall and install again the game?

Try to check before your network connection to see if all is working good.

(Error 308 in Xbox) - Error 308 usually occurs due to inactivity. If you are away from the game for a certain amount of time, the server will disconnect you automatically. This may also happen during particularly long loading times
when the server is busy or if you haven't touched your controller in a while.

If you get this error, you should exit the game, check your network connection, and try again.

Hi There,

Have you tried phoning your ISP and getting them to run a check while you are starting the game? I think they can see more on their end and where the trouble is.

I actually did do this. It doesn't really help that my internet provider has the worst costumer service known to man, but we did manage to try that: nothing. Not even a little flicker of network disconnecting when the game disconnects. And all of our internet
"stuff" is fine.
