Elder Scrolls Online ESO Not Starting Up

    Elder Scrolls Online ESO Not Starting Up


    So I see a ton of people have had this issue already... So I bought ESO on disc. Downloaded it, went to play it, and it says I need to update the Xbox. It is already fully updated with the most recent update. So I cleared the cache and reinstalled as someone suggested, and still nothing. This is pretty frustrating since my daughter bought me the game and I can't even play it.

    I apologize for the trouble, Colby if I may ask what is the exact message that you're getting whenever you're trying to play the game in that way we can check what is the necessary steps that we need to perform?
