Elder Scrolls Online challenges not unlocking on XBOX

I have completed two challenges on XBOX within the game Elder Scrolls Online.

Wrothgar Adventurer required that I complete 27 quests in the Wrothgar DLC. I've completed more than 40 quests and received achievements that require me to do these 40 but the Wrothgar Adventurer challenge achievement has not unlocked.

The Wrothgar quests were unlocked 4th Dec 2015 so I believe more than enough time has been allowed for this to trigger.

I've also gone through every support step outlined in posts here. I've gone through True Achievements guide (I've received in game notifications of completing requirements plus other achievements have dropped) but I cannot get this challenge achievement
to be recognised.

Another challenge I've completed is "Trove Hunter". This requires I find 10 thieves troves within a month. In the last few days I have found multiple of these and within the game I have unlocked the achievement for finding an opening 15 troves. Again, this
exceeds the requirements for the XBOX challenge.

Within XBOX achievement tracking, XBOX shows 0% completion towards finding 10 despite progress being made over 2-3 days and I have found 15 to get the in game achievement.

All other achievements I've earned within Elder Scrolls Online has been triggered and rewarded immediately and without delay. I have had about 4 achievements drop in the last few days with minimum delay.

My XBOX has been hard reset, is powered off completely (off at wall) every night. I have removed my accounts from the XBOX and set it up all over. I have cleared cache. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it but nothing seems to make either of these
achievements budge.

I have logged a support call with Zenimax but they say they can't help me and refer me to XBOX.

I have had extensive conversations with XBOX and gone through all steps but I cannot get this resolved. To me, the issue would appear to be with Zenimax as information is not being passed to XBOX to credit the time challenge achievement but Zenimax maintain
this is not the case.

FYI -- Elder Scrolls Online will not be released on the Xbox 360.
