Elder scrolls online achievement not unlocking

Just a heads-up, doing this will erase the profiles on the console including Home Xbox designation but will not remove any installed games & apps on your console. You can download your profile back after the reset. Would that be fine with you?

Hi thank you for your reply. I believe there is a bug with Microsoft. I done what you said to do and I cannot find “lost depths delver” on the achievements list, unlocked or locked or the all tab. But on my Xbox it says I have 114 achievements for the elder scrolls online with 4,195 gamerscore but on the link you said to check it says I have 115 achievements with a gamerscore of 4,195. So something has gone wrong. Xbox says 114 = 4,195 Microsoft account says 115 = 4,195 which makes no sense. I also cannot find the achievement “lost depths delver” anywhere! I spent so many hours trying to get it as well. So disappointed. My group (3others) got the achievement but I didn’t! Think I’ll delete the game and call it a day that’s put me off

I'm sorry to hear about the achievement issue! If you haven't yet, read through our thread relating to

issues unlocking achievements. You'll want to follow each of the steps as outlined and then fill out the survey at the end if nothing works. The survey doesn't guarantee a resolution but we collect the information and pass it along to the appropriate teams.

Hey there, S McCrutchitch! Sorry to see that achievement hasn't popped for you. For clarification, have you ensured that all of the in-game "achievements" are unlocked that are listed

here on trueachievements.com? If you don't have all of those unlocked in-game (note these aren't Xbox Live Achievements, but achievements you earn within the game itself), then you will want to make sure you have all of those done.

If you do have all of them done, please check out the troubleshooting in
this sticky. If that doesn't help you, then you will want to fill out the survey listed at the bottom of that post. Outside of that sticky, there is no further assistance we can attempt to get that achievement unlocked for you.

Your game progress or achievements are tied up to your account. If you’re playing your games online or while connected to a network, it’ll automatically sync to cloud and local storage.
