Elder Scrolls is delayed but.....

will have the option to add a full, digital version of ESO on either the PS4 or the Xbox One with your character transfer(s), and another 30 days of included game time."

Elder scrolls collection

So eso has been delayed but will we see any crossovers for the previous elder scrolls collection.

like morrowind on thru skyrim at least.

if it means any visuals then use the mods as a standard put into the engine. all we need to see is the code crossed onto xbox one.

I mean elder scrolls is another main sandbox game that was a big contributer for the xbox and many people would like to play them again higher resolution or not

 

are we gonna even get a single player elder scrolls on the xbox one?

i love elder scrolls. i know they are releasing an MMO elder scrolls with a $15 a month subscription fee. i have no interest in a $15 a month MMO. i love the single player elder scrolls. as huge as skyrim is, i was looking forward to one huge super massive
world in an xbox one elder scrolls game. but the one they are making is an MMO. i hope they do make a single player elder scroll games for xbox one.

I am sure there are both negative and positive sides to this offer.

Positive:

+ Start playing now on PC and don't lose progress by moving your character to console

+ A month of subscription is included with transfer over (14.99USD Value), and a digital copy of the

game is included (59.99USD Value) and you transfer your characters for just 20USD.

+ Start meeting people in game now, many PC gamers play consoles as well. This game revolves around grouping.

+ People who plan to abuse exploits on console will most likely play on PC to familiarize with them so they will catch these methods over the next 6 months and patch fix them.

Note: My rationale for this is that players will try and abuse on PC to get a head start on console.

Negative:

- PvP (Cyrodill) will be full of Veteran Level Characters (possible rumor of separated servers for veterans).

Note: I personally have noticed even on PC if your not Veteran Level you have no business trying to PvP. You will just die in one hit unless your V1 or higher.

- Requires two separate subscription fees if you continue to play on both PC and Console. Rendering your PC copy useless if you only plan to play on console solely.

- Characters once transferred are ASSUMED to be permanent and not share able between platforms.

Note: This is kind of positive though because what if a exploit developed on PC and console player switched back to abuse then go back to console?

There are a lot of other discussions to be had about this but I think it is a deal. You can get a PC key for 33 dollars, upgrade to imperial for 20 then transfer to console for 20. Console Imperial only comes in a physical for 99.99. So lets do some math.

Console copy is 59.99 USD (December). Digitial PC edition is as low as 29.99 (4:43 EST) plus another 20 to transfer. That is 49.99 as opposed to 59.99 You save 10.00 USD (Google "G2A" they sell game CD keys, 100% legit)

What about imperial editions? Add 20 dollars and you can upgrade your PC copy to imperial (Digitally). So you would be at 69.99 after you transferred your PC imperial edition to console. That's 69.99 opposed to 99.99 You save 30.00 USD

If your one of the many who wanted a Imperial Edition that is sold out everywhere........

 

But some of those console Imperial editions will be back on the market as some of us have cancelled our pre-orders to take advantage of the new deal. I got the physical PC/Mac edition with a pre-order bonus key from Amazon for $40 so with the $20 I'm still
only paying base for the vanilla console but with the explorer pack bonuses. I can still buy a horse for cash or upgrade to Imperial if I really want a horse (and I think I really want a horse). I will, of course, have 2 months free so altogether I think it
was a good deal. I'm not sure if I will transfer a character or not, I will certainly not be up to veteran yet and am not the least bit interested in PvP though I would really like to explore Cyrodil.
