Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind and payment

Heads up folks. Xbox support days that this requires the 360 dashboard to purchase of you want to use existing credit on your account. If you have a Xbox one, you must pay for this using a card. I bought a gift cert and loaded it last night. Had to use
my card to purchase the game today because of this. That is some serious crap, but I've got the game. The link is kind of hidden in search results. On the Xbox store you have to search, show all and go to the bottom of the results. For the internet store

Yeah, I bought a $25 gift card, hoping to get it. But I realized last minute that I couldn't. Dang it!

 

I thought you could use your microsoft account if you paid for it over the website - I'm sure I have before on my laptop.
