Elder Scroll Online Gold Pack

Hi , I have Elder Scroll Online and Elder Scroll Online Gold Pack installed on my Primary Xbox One and it work fine for me .. but the Gold Pack won't work for my son's account. Is it normal because i know if my son play on my primary Xbox One console he
must be able to use all my games including games add ons. Any help plz ?

Questions about Multiplayer

Say i have 2 Xbox ones and my gold account is on both if i give use home gold for someone else on console #1 while i play on console #2.

Can i play Elder Scrolls Online on console #2 while someone else uses my home gold to play Elder Scrolls Online on console #1

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Consumables like Gold Packs are usually only for a single user, the account that makes the purchase and not shared with anyone else.

Otherwise it would be the same as purchasing 10 Gold Packs for the price of 1 if your console was shared with 10 people. The Game Dev's wouldn't want that.

The games and most add-on content like DLC/expansion etc are all shared, jut not consumable items.

Hi , for example i have The Witcher 3 and all extensions and my son can use them but in Elder Scroll Online i have Gold Pack and he can't use Imperial , Dark Brotherhood etc... i tought those DLC were like those in TW3

I bought The Elder Scrolls Online: Premium Edition and the explorers pack stopped at 100% and it doesnt installed its 99$ come on!

Hello Clarke,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. The Elder Scrolls Online does need Xbox live gold. This game is purely online multiplayer, there is no single player content.

Hope this helps! You can never go wrong with Skyrim while we wait for Elder scrolls 6!
