Elden Ring Keeps Crashing

All drivers are up to date, I have spoken with the developer and they said based on the error happening its a windows error, not an error on their end looking for help I have tried all the tips on youtube and online looking for something more comprehensive. Here is the event viewer error.

Hi PRod1981,

Other users in this thread have also experienced the error code "0xc0000005." Please review the thread for the troubleshooting that was provided. There were some articles that were posted that users found helpful.

Thank you, Drew, unfortunately, I have tried and just retried these and it still doesn't help. unsure what to do since the developer said to go to Microsoft and this seems to be the only solution. Maybe someone else will have something.

Are you using Steam to play the game? I saw Steam library in the error code, and they may have some troubleshooting recommendations at Steam support.
