Elden Ring 6000 microsoft point punchcard query

The promotion applies to any purchase of the game until March 9. So it doesn't matter that it's no longer a pre-order.

did you purchase through the punchcard link or via other means ( store, site ) ?

if through punchcard you should get the points, if by any other means you won't.

but then you should have received your purchase reward points ( amount excl vat x100 ) which should be around 5000+ points as well

in my case it was 5206 purchase points. if I had not preordered and used the punchcard it would have been 6000

It doesn't count if you already had the game or preordered the game before the reward came out. Purchase must be through the punch card for it to count.

Not worth it though, its not an additional 6000 on top of the purchase points you already get for buying it ( which is just under 6000 ) .

at least that was my case with another game I bought for the 6000 reward punchcard, phoenix rising. Regular purchase reward points were not awarded, only the 6000 from the punch card was.

You would need to contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
