Estoy rejugando The Witcher 3, y acabo de notar que no puedo encontrar el juego en ninguna parte de mi perfil, no puedo ver mis logros, o los que todavía tengo que hacer, es como si haya desaparecido.

Solo puedo ver la lista de logros mientras juego, sin eso, es como si no existiera. Sucedió de un día para otro.

Agradecería algún apoyo para saber si hay algo mal.

Estoy de acuerdo ... E jugado el Curse of darknes desde el xbox original y el xbox 360 y me ha parecido mas emasentretenido que el lord of shadow seria una buena adicion a la lista de retrocompatibilidad

rogaría que revisasen mi historial para que puedan comprobar que si he realizado alguna accion que no sea la correcta, no ha sido intencionadamente, ya que como podrán ver en mi historial de descargas, soy una persona que se ha comprado muchos juegos
y ampliaciones de juegos en el marketplace.

Sé que en mi consola se ha jugado a un juego que no era original. Pero por muy poco tiempo aproximadamente 40minutos en total. Repito que yo no lo hice intencionadamente, ya que fué un amigo que vino a casa y me dijo que podia poner juegos bajados del pc
con un pendrive.Pero como podrán comprobar no ha habido ninguna otra acción de este tipo. Además el valor del juego al que se ha jugado, es inferior al del daño que me hacen si quitan mi perfil

Al borrarme el perfil, yo perdería 960 microsoft points y 3 meses de suscripcion y un año completo de suscripcion al 20% de descuento.

Espero que puedan efectuar esa comprobación y que esto se solucione positivamente.

Quiero pedir disculpas por haber accedido a jugar con un juego que no es original.

is the game not showing on the console and on xbox.com anymore?

Or just on the console?

If it's only happening on the console then please try these steps:

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
   
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console
   
3. Redownload your profile

Hi and thank you for replying. I did all that and it didn't help. I can play the game but the game still isn't in my achievement list so I can't view the achievements. It used to be there so I'm not sure why it's not anymore.

 

Have you recently changed your location on your account?

 

It wasn't bought on a different profile was it?

 

No I haven't changed my location not was it bought on a different profile. I did notice my achievements or the game aren't showing under my profile on xbox.com either.

I have now seen this a few times for this exact game.

One suggestion we've presented for all to try is a How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One.

Remember this: Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting
your games or apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.

Give this a shot for us and let us know if this works.

I think it’s the game and not your profile or Xbox. The Witcher games, are weird when you try to compare achievements with players in other regions, it will show as 0 gamerscore for the other person and sometimes yourself even when you know both people played
it. It was like that on Witcher 2 as well.

Hey there Eco!

If you have not already attempted to troubleshoot I would suggest trying to Remove your Profile, Power cycling the console and then adding your account back to the console in that order. Just make sure that you have your Login email and password so you don't
run into any problems when trying to sign back into the account.

I am including a link to the "How to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One" and the "How
to restart or Power cycle your Xbox One console." When you Power cycle the console Go with the "Physically power cycle the console" option within the article. Simply holding down the power button until it turns off and then turn the console back on how
you normally would.

Uninstalled the game, removed my profile, turned off the console and then added the profile and installed the game, and no changes.

Hey Eco,

Thank you for your response. If that troubleshooting didn't help, then I would suggest trying a

soft factory reset.

This will reset the console's operating system and clear any corruption that may be causing the issue without deleting any of your content from the Xbox.
Please make sure before you factory reset your Xbox that you know your login information for your account as the reset will remove all profiles from the Xbox and you will need to download them again.
