    :)

Well without your model number or.make.It's hard to calibrate your tv

Ok look up calibration of your tv based on your tv and model

    And follow the guide

(This is on the tv itself not just the xbox which assumes you did this already)

Then once your tv is calibrated then run the xbox wizard

And no tvs aren't calibrated by default dynamic is only for generic settings

[Translation]there is a possibility that something related to HDMI was disconnected, but do not be alarmed first identify if it is not the cable whether it is not well connected to the TV or console, second try to disconnect the
console and plug back in the electrical current (if it is not , as it sounds) third check that the HDMI cable is not the damaged one, an option to verify that everything works well is to use the pc app for remote screen (since it is via Wi-Fi and does not
require the HDMI), this will give the certainty that if it is a video problem of the console , after identifying the problem (and if the console is damaged) if you still have a guarantee and need to make use of it, in case you have no warranty
you can still send the console for repair on Xbox (but you will be charged for repair)

-[Translation - I am sorry that you have that problem and you cannot enjoy your console, most likely it is the HDMI cable, try changing it or connect the xbox to another TV to see if it is not a fault of the TV where you are not listening.
If the cable fails, use a new HDMI but it is "high speed" so that there are no failures when playing.]

Allow auto-low latency mode grayed out connectiong to Samsung TV RU710D

I would use the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox One,

Third Party cables can be hit or miss depending on there quality,

I connected my X-Box One first generation to the HDMI 1 port using a brand new cable compatible with
    HDMI 2.0 and 8K resolution.
8K over HDMI 2.0 is not possible, A cable that can run 8K needs to be HDMI 2.1,

also the OG Xbox One uses HDMI 1.4, both the One S and One X use HDMI 2.0

I believe that, with your Xbox one being HDMI 1.4 it's not forward compatible with your TV HDMI 2.0 ports as to possibly why your low latency mode is grayed out, or it just could be the third party cable your using, best to try out the cable that came with
    the Xbox.
