Was given the XBOX One a man 76 years old. The instructions are health restrictions. In connection with these instructions, this man is strictly forbidden to use this console. The console never turned on. Can you please tell me how to take it to the manufacturer
(the seller refused to accept the refund) or exchange it for a laptop. Thank you!

    :)

  2. If the seller refused the refund I don't know of to much you can do. You could try reselling on ebay or something like that. But since there is nothing wrong with the console, I don't know how Xbox would be able to help with this. It would be up to the store
that sold it to you to provide a refund.

My xbox elite series 2 keeps getting disconnected while fully charged

Hi Ekaterina! My name is Darhyl and I’d be more than happy to help you with your query.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Xbox Elite Series 2 controller.

If I may ask, does the disconnection still happen if you have connected your controller using a USB cable?

If yes, kindly try to update the controller's firmware using Windows PC to see if it works according to the official Xbox website: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/controller/update-xbox-wireless-controller

"Update your controller on Windows 10/11 by using the Xbox Accessories app:

If you don’t already have the app installed, get it in the Store:

    https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9NBLGGH30XJ3?hl=en-us&gl=SA

    Open the Xbox Accessories app.
Connect your Xbox Wireless Controller by using a USB cable or the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows.
When the controller is connected, you'll see the message Update Required if an update is mandatory. Install the update.

    Things to keep in mind:

The Xbox Accessories app is available only on Windows 10/11.
Updating the controller over Bluetooth is not supported."

Then check if the disconnection would still occur.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding! Please feel free to let me know if you need anything else.

    Best Regards,
    Darhyl
