Ejetcing disk

My Xbox front console part doesnt work and i want to eject my disk. Ive tried the hole on the side but ut doesnt seem to work. Is there a way to eject a disk from settings or somthing .plz i wanna play cod bo4

Xbox one digital download problem.

yup as stated above.. you can install of disk than do the digital purchase and the "digital license will still hold true.. i did this with bf4.. i had the disk because of day1 pre order/launch when i got ea access/the vault games i got it as a full digital no disk required and the digital code took over i now dont need the disk at all.

 

Black ops 3 wont initialize

We have had our 1 and Black ops 3 since Christmas. We have never had any problems until recently. My son went to play and he got an error saying that we needed to insert disk. Well the disk had been in the entire time. For some reason when we put black ops 3 in it wont even recognize the disk. Madden16 and Deminsions both work just fine but our BO3 disk acts like its not even being read. Live is working good our internet is fine the disk itself has no scratches or smuges. I'm at a loss as to what we need to do. Please help, I deleted the game from the console to try and reinstall it but the game disk doesn't read at all.

Glitchy, if you can’t get it popped out via software give the paper clip method another try and don’t be afraid to shove that clip in the hole. It’s a mechanical process so it might take a bit more push than you’re comfortable with.

 

If you can not eject the disk from the console, there is a small hole on the left side of the USB port when you insert a pin or a wire to eject the disk.

 

Ive tried that. Ive pushed it in like all the way and still cant come out .Maybe that part is also broken idk .anyway to like on the xbox menu like press eject disk somewhere?

Short answer, no, there is no option through the menu to eject the disc, the only real option is the manual eject. As mentioned before, give it another shot and let us know how it goes!

 

Ive tried like a thousand times and still not working. I tried putting the disk in but now i think ive jammed the other disk too far in my console

I'm sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting. What I currently suggest right now as an option to try to solve this is to clear the console's disc-drive cache.
Follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings
   
2. Disc & Blu-ray
   
3. Choose Blu-ray
   
4. Choose Persistent Storage
   
5. Hit Clear
   
   After clearing the persistent storage, we're going to clear the MAC address
   
   Follow these steps:
   
   • Go toSettings
     
     
   • Select Network > Network Settings
     
     
   • Select the Advanced Settings
     
     
   • Next choose the Alternate MAC Address
     
   • Select clear and restart
     

Next try to eject the disc once more.
