    How can I return this to get fixed?

    GOW3 RESET RUBISH

    Never turn the XBOX off with gears 3. Always eject the disk if it freezes. If the disk won't eject then power off.

    Xbox One disk drive not working

    I recently bought the Xbox One and for some reason the disk got stuck inside the consoles disk drive. I then followed this method to get the disk out manually https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/manually-eject-disk
    I got the disk out but now the disk drive doesn't work. When I try to insert a game it wont go in.

    You would need to either speak with the retailer from which you bought the console, or register it at
    https://myservice.xbox.com and go through the processes of setting up a repair that way.

    Original XBox and Fable

    It is just Fable so far. Both Star Wars Knights I and II as well as Bard's Tale work fine. Unfortunately, I don't have another box to try the disk on. I was able to get Fable to work by repeatedly inserting and ejecting the disk but as soon as I turned off the box I am back to square one. I tried repeatedly ejecting it again but no luck, I think it was a fluke.

    Is there anyway to eject a disc from the Homescreen?

    I may be missing something obvious, but if you're going to eject a disk, that means you, or someone else, would need to get up to either take the disk out / replace it with another disk / put the ejected disk in a case. So basically, someone has to actually
    get up / move to take care of the ejected disk. So, is it really a big issue if you do, in fact, have to push a button on the console to eject the disk? I don't get the issue?

    We recommend waiting for the disc to stop spinning before you press the eject button. :)
