    Hello, guys!

    So I unboxed my Xbox One and set it up and inserted Ryse into the drive. Installation was complete, I played a little bit. After I finished I wanted to eject the disc but the sensor was not functional and I can't get the CD out of the drive!

    This is completely disappointing and frustrating, please help guys I tried everything! I also don't want to live my life ejecting CD's with "pins"!!! And I actually don't have a pin like that Eject sensor isn't working "used the system for the very first time" :p

    well you also said that it would eject itself therefore the controller idea does not work. I think its defective. Nothing controls the eject besides the touch sensor and the dashboard.

    Is there anyway to eject a disc from the Homescreen?

    My wife is pregnant and has difficulty bending over, and squatting. For her the function to eject a disc would be very helpful as the extra time to tap the eject sensor, wait for the disc to come out, and reach down again causes more pain and discomfort.
    This is a function that very much so needs to be added.

    Didnt work. Tried unplugging overnight, and multiple times over the past few days. Everything is fine except the eject button and sensor.

    It might sound a little silly, but get very close to the sensor when you say it. A few users have reported the Kinect proximity isn't picking up when the system is off, but it works fine once it is on.

    Unplug your slim and Take a towel(NOT WET) and wipe it over the Eject sensor and Power Sensor buttons, If that does not work then you should get a replacement

    Hey mate, have you tried a different power outlet? Also, if a friend has a power supply you can borrow, you may want to try that too. If neither of those resolve the issue, I believe your console will need a repair.
